This is an experiential party for the sensually adventurous. This special evening welcomes ALL and is very gender friendly.
Reid Mihalko is back!!! Oh how Austin and I have missed him! These events always sell out, so grab your spot now..
We are starting out our temple party a little different tonight, the first 45 mins will be for speed flirting, make sure you arrive by 7:30 to participate 🙂
Speed-Flirting is a rambunctious, social event for men, women, humans of all ages. The usual definition of flirting as just “a sxxual thang” limits our ability to engage with people playfully. What if flirting meant “increasing the fun and play in any interaction?” Perfect for singles, couples, and entire communities, Speed-Flirting gives us the tools to go deeper than just a wink and a smile…
Speed-Flirting will teach you to:
- Break the ice with ease and confidence.
- Make your dating and relationship life pressure-free.
- Say No without feeling guilty.
- Keep people from misunderstanding your intentions.
- Relate with rejection gracefully and leave people feeling better for having met you.
- Get anyone to make the first move.
Monique and Reid Mihalko are pleased to invite you back to the ever popular Play Party. A place of fearless play, a live laboratory to learn to ask for what you want and dare to say no, unapologetically for everything else!
This is an experiential play party for the sensually adventurous. This special evening welcomes ALL and is very gender friendly. This is an invitation to dive deeply into yourself and each other in ways you may have been afraid to do in the past. This is the play party you want to come to even if you’ve never been to a play party before. We create an expansive, feeling-full environment charged with electricity, yet warmly grounded and earthy. A safe and sacred container for exploring kisses and hugs in a relaxed, sxx-positive space. This play party encourages your curiosity about taking your own sensual play space to the next level.
The evening is a celebration of imagination and curiosity, so you may experience as many flavors as you dare. Come dressed in something that makes you feel sacred and sxxy!
Let us lead you through a welcome circle where a room of strangers slowly opens up and winds up on the same page, having the opportunity to be seen, heard, and understood in ways maybe you have never even imagined!
What is Play with a capital “P”?
Play with a capital “P” is whatever it means to you. You are invited to co-create whatever feeds your soul. Participation (also with a capital “P”) can mean many things and voyeurs are as warmly welcomed as the most actively engaged. It’s a sensual space where participants are encouraged to explore themselves and others in ways that are stimulating, nurturing, exciting, safe and FUN!
This is the Play party you want to come to if you’ve never been AND this is the Play party you want to come to if you want to experience how to take generating safe play space for you and your loved ones to the next level.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
You are sensually, erotically and emotionally savvy enough to Play nicely with others. You’re a good sharer, you take good care of your toys and you use your words. 🙂 You are somebody who knows your own wants and boundaries and can communicate them clearly…… and/or you’re someone willing to work and explore these areas for your own growth and enjoyment! You treat yourself and others with respect and kindness.
If you’re reading this, thinking, “I would love to come, but I don’t want to play,”
PLEASE COME and enjoy the pressure-free company of like-minded individuals and exit whenever you wish. Really. There will be no pressure for you to do ANY activity at this party at any time.
My biggest request is that you come with a fun-loving, warm, caring, open-minded, generous, thoughtful, compassionate, non-judgmental attitude and that you conduct yourself with the highest level of integrity possible.
This will be a very chill, fun, playful event. Come relax. Come smooch. Come play. Come watch. (You know us: voyeurism is participation!)
All genders, bodies, and orientations welcome. Come as you are and have a great time!
TIME:
Doors open at 7:00 PM and CLOSE AT 7:30 PM. BE ON TIME as it is essential to have everyone present for the opening circle. There will not be anyone admitted after the doors are closed to preserve the safety of our space. The Welcome Circle is what we use to introduce ourselves to one another, have a safer sxx conversation, share any boundaries and relationship agreements people should know about and get all comfy and ready to Play. There will be a closing circle at midnight. PLEASE text Monique at 619 601 8852 if you’re unavoidably running late, but please just be on time!

Reid’s mission is to help adults create more self-esteem, self-confidence, and greater health and accountability in their relationships and sex lives. In 2004, Reid created Cuddle Party in his small, fifth-floor walk-up, New York City apartment and watched it grow into a worldwide movement, launching his career as a teacher and spokesperson of unique, life-changing workshops and experiences. In 2006, asked by a lesbian friend to create a queer women’s oasis for her at Burning Man, Reid founded Camp Beaverton for Wayward Girls and its legendary, women-identified play party, the Strap-On-A-Thon. In 2014, Reid founded Sex Geek Summer Camp, a 5-day sleep away retreat focusing on helping sex educators learn valuable business skills and strengthen their peer relationships in order to reach more people, transform more lives, and make a better living as sexperts.
To date, Reid’s workshops and college lectures have been attended by over 80,000+ people from all over the globe. In early 2018, some very brave people came forward during #MeToo sharing harms that Reid had caused them. Reid stepped down from teaching and initiated a restorative justice-based accountability process to address his misconduct and make amends if and where possible. The formal, year-long process along with Reid’s apology and resources were shared publicly and can be found at TinyURL.com/reidaccountability. Going forward, Reid’s projects and appearances will include pointing people towards resources and experts on restorative and transformative justice-based accountability processes.
