If you ordered a download: Depending on the product and the resources associated with it, your confirmation email with the appropriate links and such may take 2-minutes to 20-minutes or so to get to ya. The automated system that sends these things along to you can be sluggish if there are a slew of orders coming in all at once. My apologies in advance for making you wait! Physical product: I’m on the road a ton these days, but most orders should be shipped out USPS within 4-7 business days. If something is out of stock, it might take a few days more for us to get it back in stock, but we’re generally pretty awesome about that. For orders within the US, if you don’t receive your order within 10-14 days, PLEASE EMAIL ME at Reid@ReidAboutSex.com so I can fix that. Every once in a while something slips through the cracks.
