Cathy: Someone wrote in a brilliant question, they just purchased your energetic sex program a video and I want to ask you some questions. First, it was mind blowing scene you do the demonstration and I’m wondering what you thinking your mind when you’re doing that? When you actually. I’m wondering do you have a thought like I’m a sexual person now and I’m transferring the sexual energy to you? And there’s other questions but we’ll listen to this one.
Reid: Did we say who you and I from?

Reid: I think that’s the one and there should be a little video that I’ll teach a piece that I’ll go through really quickly here which I play with sexual energy whether you believe it or not “energy”. For my skeptics because I like science I hang out with scientist and I’m a dork and a mystique like I had a lot of experiences but there’s not science for that I know of. So for me playing with energy whether it’s real or not isn’t really the point. It’s if you’re having an experience that’s consensual and fun, if you’re having fun and it’s adding things to your lives then let’s roll with it. I’m not going to debate whether sexual energy is real or not or your belief in chakrism and in those things. I don’t need to do that because I’m a pragmatist and I’m a science geek and then I’m a mystique maybe again we don’t have a science for it yet whatever, are we having fun? That being said, other way that I play with sexual energy is a thing that I called resonance play where I’m trying to find the note for the person and then I’m trying to set my body, my energy to broadcast that note. So it’s kind of like you have 2 turning forks and you struck one if they’re the same note the waves that come off this one make this one starts to vibrate. That is science, we know that that’s real. So when this kind of analogy if I can be the tuning fork that set to Cathy’s note and I whack myself really hard Cathy might have an experience but so now I’m trying to create an experience for the other person then some people are very demonstrative when they’re having an experience in Sanskrit and in Tantra it’s called having kriya you can look that up. But again the experience I’m trying to find that note and just broadcast. I’m not like pouring sexual energy into people. I’m not doing anything that there are other energetic traditions like healer type traditions and things like [Inaudible 00:03:23]. There are other practices what I’m trying to do is that I’m trying to play with their note and I’m trying to play with it by making me that note. So what I’m thinking about is that in my head, in my dorky way shit am I undernote? Fuck, fuck, fuck am I undernote? And when it feels that I am then I am thinking or imagining turning up the volume on me that’s what I’m thinking. Next question?

Reid: Yeah, totally. Because I do it different, Reid is a very extrovert person and he does it that way to me that doesn’t work like it doesn’t resonate for me. So what I do is I put my presence in my fingers that’s what I’m touching with, I’m very touch oriented. Can I borrow your arm? So, I put my presence in my fingers and I allow my fingers to get pleasure but what I’m touching and I invite the energy of other person to come play with me. It’s like an invitation, I’m putting my energy there and I allow and I invite the other energy to come play. It’s like c’mon come play if you want. To me that’s how…
Reid: And so what are you imagining or thinking you just kind of extended the invitation?
Cathy: I’m imagining my energy being there and my skin if it’s okay to go in because you can have your energy go in in the other person and then inviting their energy and response to come dance with my energy.
