I thought it might be useful to put links to all of my disclaimers and waivers in one place.
For many of my online, virtual events, a simple online agreement form makes sense. For in-person events, especially sleep-over events and retreats where there are more “moving parts” and I’m purchasing event insurance, feeding folks, etc., a more comprehensive agreement and set of disclaimers are needed.

Website & Online Program Policies: These are the umbrella policies for my website and business. As you’ll see below, certain events and situations require specific adjustments to these policies. Thus, they’ll have their own disclaimers and terms.
In-Person Retreat/Event Policies: When running my in-person, multiple-day retreats (Sex Geek Summer Camp being the example used below)… Especially when those events include staying overnight at the venue… Here are examples of the disclaimers and agreements I use…
