If you haven’t done so already… 

NEXT STEP 1) Redeem Your Faculty Room Upgrade HERE—If you haven’t already done so, please upgrade your accommodations to the Lodge. Linens, blankets, pillow, and bath towels provided.

You’re welcome to camp if you’d rather (bring your own gear), or share a Canvas Platform Tent with your friends, but use the link above to register in the system and tell us in the Special Needs Field what you’d like to do when you redeem your upgrade. We’ll coordinate the rest – FYI, if you want to room with friends, they’ll need to upgrade to similar accommodations as you before they sell out.

NEXT STEP 2) Will you be bringing a Teacher’s Pet to Camp?

Speaking of partners… As a thank you for being so generous with your time and knowledge, each Faculty Member is welcome to bring one (1) companion with you at a special discounted tuition rate of $502 (which helps us cover food, materials, and venue costs). This can be a romantic partner or an indispensable professional person, and they get special Accommodations Upgrades and comped Bus Tickets, along with all the sponsor S.W.A.G. and perks of Camp! (Links below for them or you to use, but PLEASE use THEIR email and name to register so I have them in my system correctly – Thx in advance for this!)

Bringing a Faculty Guest is NOT mandatory. You or your guests are also welcome to pay full price to attend Camp if you’d like, just let us know. All proceeds help, AND it is also our pleasure to create ways to say thank you and help acknowledge your generosity for contributing to Camp’s mission! 

Faculty Guest privileges (A.K.A. Teacher’s Pet benefits) is an honor system. All I ask is that you do NOT use it to bestow a discount to a friend or stranger. If someone you care about needs a scholarship/financial assistance to attend Camp, please send them to Camp’s scholarship application – https://ReidAboutSex.com/sgsc-scholarship-request – and I’ll work as much magic as I can for them!

Getting Your Guest Registered:

As your guest, they also get special room upgrade options. Please have them use the appropriate accommodations link below to register for their upgrade. They can note any special information in the special needs field when upgrading. 

Romantic Partner Staying with YOU Option – Have Your Romantic Guest Redeem Their Room Upgrade to the Lodge HERE 

Business Assistant or Business Partner Options – Invite them to upgrade to the available accommodations of their choice for 50%-off regular price.* If they’re intending on camping, which is free, please still have them register!

*Because of the limited number of Shared Lodge Room Upgrades available at Camp (and the hard costs associated with them), we cannot offer the 50% discount on this upgrade option to assistants and business partners. However, this upgrade option is available for the regular $305 price while they last.

They will get all the regular promises and deliverables of Camp as a Camper, PLUS getting to the added bonus of being at Camp with YOU, so choose wisely whom you bequeath Teacher’s Pet upon! 🙂

After they register, they’ll get several emails with Camp info and asking for their Emergency Contact Info… Speaking of which…

NEXT STEP 3) Get us your Emergency Contact Info via the Camp Intake Application link and form…

Perhaps you did this right after you registered… But in case you haven’t yet…

All SGSC attendees need to fill out the Camp Intake Application. No exceptions. It’s where we collect emergency contact info and food preferences, have you electronically sign our event waivers, etc. 

It takes about 10-25 minutes depending on how in-depth you want to make your answers and how fast of a reader you are, etc.: http://ReidAboutSex.com/camp-application

STEP 4) OPTIONAL: Send me your handouts ahead of time.

Do you have handouts you want to give to the Campers? You can send them to me ahead of time and I can have them printed for you along with the rest of the camper handouts. However, I must receive them at least 3 weeks before camp begins to guarantee that I can print them on time.
