Contest Deadline: Wednesday, July 5th, 2023 at midnight Pacific time.
Contest Coordinator: Cathy Vartuli from TheIntimacyDojo will be leading the contest.

🌟 Contest Highlights:

In previous years, participants received recognition, admiration, and “sex geek cred” on social media, while forming valuable collaborations and friendships. Don’t hesitate to team up with fellow Campers and create amazing videos together!
Fabulous prizes await the courageous and creative souls who participate!

📝 Contest Rules:

Videos must be recorded at Camp (+2 points) or after Camp and submitted by Wednesday, July 5th, 2023 at midnight Pacific time. Even the ride back to PDX counts as Camp, by the way!
Videos should be between 2 and 5 minutes in length.
Earn extra points by incorporating fun aspects of Camp into your video. The slip-n-slide, smores, the pool, Camp Ducks…Let your creativity shine!
Collaboration is rewarded! Receive 1 extra point for recording your video with another Camper or multiple Campers. An additional point is given for collaborating with someone new or a first-year Camper.
You can submit as many videos as you like, but each video must be unique. Re-edited versions of the same video count as one submission.
It’s essential to mention Sex Geek Summer Camp and SexGeekSummerCamp.com in your video (minus 1 point for missing either one).
Attend the Shooting Video Clinic at Camp to enhance your video skills. Participation is optional but recommended, especially for those new to video production.
If you’re shy or feel awkward, consider interviewing someone about their Camp experience instead. You can use Camp Ducks to “talk about Camp” or find inventive ways to share your testimonial. Voiceovers over photo montages or video are great!
If needed, assistance will be provided in shooting your testimonial video. Reach out to Cathy or Camp Staff for support.
Hand your videos to Cathy on a USB drive during Camp or upload them and send the link to Cathy@TheIntimacyDojo.com afterward. Please ensure the video is public for review purposes.
Contest Deadline: Videos must be uploaded by 11:59 pm Pacific time on Wednesday, July 5th, 2023, along with emailed links.
Remember to introduce yourself and mention your business in the video. You deserve recognition too!

🏆 What Will Happen If I Submit a Video?

Your video or link will be included on a webpage on ReidAboutSex.com, and the contest will be announced to Reid’s mailing list.
Likes, favorites, and retweets will be given to your video if you post it and inform Cathy. Sponsors mentioned will also receive a link to your video.
Winners will be randomly drawn, with at least one award reserved for newcomers to video production. The more points you accumulate and the more videos you submit, the better your chances of winning!
The announcement of winners will take place on 7/12.

💰 The Prizes:

So no one feels like testimonials are being purchased, the main prizes are assigned at random. To make the contest interesting, non-monetary prizes are given for submissions that fit fun categories.

Prize is per video, not per person!
2nd Place: $200 in “Reid Bucks*” for each winning video. Random Drawing from all submissions.

For videos in each category below, Winner gets Bragging Rights, and Reid will do an Instagram Live with the winner. Winners of each category are chosen Reid and Cathy.
