Terms of Service & Participation

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Reid Mihalko’s Sex10x Mastery Offer (the “Seminar/Program”) and is conducted by Reid Mihalko (“Promoter”). By registering for the Seminar/Program at any of our locations (“Hotel”), you (the “Buyer”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend/participate in the Seminar/Program.

Buyer Conduct
Promoter requires all Buyers to be respectful and professional to Reid’s team and event staff, location hosts, guest speakers, and other Buyers, and their guests or families throughout the Seminar/Program, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Promoter reserves the right to ask Buyer and/or their guests to leave the Program or conference room and Hotel immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. ln such case, the Buyer’s tuition/fees for the Seminar/Program will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, their online Program memberships will be revoked, and they will not receive any of the advertised bonuses or qualify for Reid’s satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantees.

Liability Waiver
Under no circumstances will Promoter, Reid Mihalko, or their assigns be held liability for Buyer’s injury, illness, or death or any loss or damage of personal belongings resulting from participation in the Seminar/Program. Buyer hereby accepts all risk to his/her/their health including injury, illness/disease, or death that may result from participating in the Seminar/Program and hereby releases Promoter, Reid Mihalko, their officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors and representatives from any and all liability to his/her/themself and their personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to Buyer’s property and for any and all illness or injury to Buyer’s person, including death, illness, or disease, that may result from or occur during Buyer’s participation at the Seminar/Program, whether caused by negligence of the Promoter or its representatives. Buyer agrees to notify Promoter if he/she/they has any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper them from fully and healthfully participating in the Seminar/Program and acknowledges that the Promoter retains the right to ask them not to participate in portions of or the entirety of the Seminar/Program. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of participation in the Seminar/Program including any medical treatment — emergency or otherwise. Promoter does not give legal, medical, health, or financial advice and under no circumstances will be held liable for results.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Once Buyer registers for the Seminar/Program, Reid and his team make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration hassles, expenses, and loss of business. Given this fact, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds beginning 30 days after Buyer has registered for the Seminar/Program or within 14 days of the Seminar/Program (“Guarantee Period”), whichever comes first. lf Buyer cancels within Guarantee Period, they will receive a full refund, but any Buyer seeking to cancel their purchase after the Guarantee Period will not, under any circumstances, receive a refund. Again, this is due to the extremely intensive work, financial, and organizing demands surrounding producing live events of this nature and caliber, and because preparations begin immediately upon registration for the Seminar/Program. Bonus tickets to live Seminar/Programs may not be transferred. lf Buyer is unable to attend Seminar/Program in person, if Seminar/Program is recorded and recordings are made available for sale, Buyer will be given complimentary access to the online recordings if and when they are offered to the public for sale.

Reid’s “I Won’t Waste Your Time” Live Event Satisfaction Guarantee
As stated on Reid’s Site and in Reid’s marketing materials, we guarantee the Buyer will be 100% satisfied with the Seminar/Program. lf Buyer is not 100% satisfied at the conclusion of attending in person the entirety of Day One of their FIRTS live Reid Seminar/Program and they notify us in the manner described herein, we will refund 100% of their Registration Fee for that Seminar/Program. Participants who are not 100% satisfied with their first live Reid Seminar/Program must, at the immediate conclusion of the initial Day One of their first live Seminar/Program, verbally notify one of our staff members of their dissatisfaction and turn in their materials from that live Seminar/Program at which time we will arrange for a reimbursement of their Registration Fee. Seminar/Program Buyers who attend additional live Reid Seminar/Programs as part of the purchase of this offer, whether as a bonus or otherwise, do not qualify for the Seminar/Program guarantee explained above and are only eligible for a refund on their Registration Fee for the first live Seminar/Program they attend, if their was one, and only if a refund is requested in the manner described above. All reimbursements are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and all Promoter decisions are final and binding. Any statements of dissatisfaction or requests for refunds received after the end of Day One any live Seminar/Program will not be responded to or qualify for this guarantee.
