Carla Tara’s qualifications include a background in psychotherapy, which gives her insights into the complexity of the human mind and behavior, 20 years of relationship counseling, 15 years of Sacred Sexuality teaching, as well as her living example of health and fitness stemming from her teaching of Yoga, and her extensive knowledge of empowering breaths and nutrition.
